We have a one day turn around time policy, meaning your assigned appraiser will have the completed appraisal back to within one business day, from the time of inspection.

Scheduling Procedure

For your convenience you can fill out our online appraisal form or fax/email us your own order form. Immediately upon receiving the request, we will contact the borrower, and schedule the appraisal.
